Therefore, good government not only prioritizes material aspects that are pragmatic but also carry ethical morals which can be found in the content of religion (Islam). Unceasingly, the approach to supporting aspects of the realization of good governance needs to be emphasized by the existence of rules in which the rules are in harmony with those already prescribed, but not creating a clash within the community.
